How to Enroll for the Next Session

We do not give reminder phone calls for payment

Please look for our payment envelope sent home on week five. Payment must be made by week 6.That is the priority registration deadline. If you have not paid by week 6(PRD week) you are not enrolled for the next session. New or previous students  on our waiting list can take your spot. Our class sessions are 8 week sessions. Payment envelopes are handed to all students even if your credit card is on file. If we have your credit card on file & you want us to charge it every session, you stiil need to turn in the payment envelope to the payment mailbox & write charge my credit card on file. If you have pre-paid early before we hand out the payment envelopes you will only receive the the flyer for the next session.(not a payment envelope).

CHANGING A CLASS DAY:
Enrolled students have priority for the next session for their class day. If you would like to change a class day in the next session please let us know before the priority registration date and fill out the change day form by the payment mailbox or drop me an e-mail. There are no quarentees that there is space in that class.

 Priority Registration Deadline is the deadline for which CURRENT STUDENTS MUST PAY TUITION. This deadline date is your child’s 6th class of the session. We will send home a payment envelope on class 5. If tuition is not paid by this date you loose your priority status over NEW or PREVIOUS STUDENTS enrolling in class. NEW OR PREVIOUS STUDENTS ARE PLACED IN CLASS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. Students are placed on a waiting list. They are then placed in open class spots a day after the Priority Deadline Date. If you did not pre-pay by the Priority deadline you are not enrolled in the following session and can loose your spot in class. CURRENT STUDENTS that did not pay for the next session and still would like to get in class need to E-Mail us at acrocheer1@aol.com, to see if there is space openings in that class. DO NOT JUST SHOW UP FOR CLASS ON THE FIRST CLASS assuming there is space open. WE MUST KNOW OUR ENROLLMENT. WE WILL NOT BE GIVING REMINDER PHONE CALLS. WE WILL HAND OUT PAYMENT ENVELOPES ONE WEEK BEFORE PRIORITY DEADLINE. THESE DATES are the childs 6th class. Please read your child's scheduled class date flyer. PLEASE DROP YOUR TUITION IN THE PAYMENT MAILBOX or mail check to 7890 Beechmont Ave. Cinti, Ohio 45255. Always e-mail us if you are mailing payment.

CREDIT CARD ON FILE: We securely keep your credit card on file and can charge your tuition each session. You must stiil turn in your child's payment envelope into our payment mailbox & write charge my credit card on file.   

PAY-IN-ADVANCE: You may pay ahead for as many sessions in the school year that you would like. This locks in your priority status. If your schedule changes, notify us in writing before the priority deadline of each session. We can try to switch a day or refund you tuition.

HOW TO ENROLL FOR

NEW STUDENTS OR PREVIOUS STUDENTS

E-mail us as soon as possible. Try to register before the priority deadline dates. This is on the class date flyer on the home page.(DOWNLOAD OUR CLASS DATES) New or previous students are placed on a waiting list & then placed into class the day after our Priority Deadline Date. TO REGISTER SEND US AN E-MAIL WITH YOUR CHILD'S NAME, B-DATE, YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE & tell us you want to register your child. Then pull the child waiver and registration form and mail with payment to 7890 Beechmont Ave. Cinti, Ohio 45255. There is a $35.00 annual registration fee that you need to add to your tuition when you sign up. If you are a previous student your annual registration fee is good for 1 yr. from the date that you signed up. Please send us an e-mail when you send payment, so we can put your child on the attendance. If you choose not to send payment you can stop in to the gym & fill out forms by the payment mailbox next to the office, and drop payment and forms into payment mailbox. You can also drop off payments  along with the child waiver & registration form from online and drop it at the Storage Office (In front of the Plaza).The Storage Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30pm Sat. 8:30-4:00. Please hand payment to Sandra  behind the desk.(PUT CHECKS and forms IN an ENVELOPE MARKED ACROCHEER!)

  • WE TAKE VISA/MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, & AMERICAN EXPRESS
  • You can Mail your check to Acrocheer 7890 Beechmont Ave. Cinti, OH 45255
  • (Please note your child’s name, age, class, clinic, Fun night, & phone # on your check).
  • Print our child waiver online & send it with your check.
  •  If you do not hear back from us your child is enrolled in class.
  • REMEMBER NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS!
  • IF YOU WOULD LIKE A CONFIRMATION ON ANY OF OUR CLASSES YOU MUST E-MAIL & ASK US FOR EACH TIME YOU WOULD LIKE CONFIRMATION. NO PHONE CALLS! WE HAVE TO MANY STUDENTS TO CALL EACH STUDENT.
